On Wednesday Nov. 16 some of the Mill Creek Orchestra students performed at the NBA basketball game: Atlanta Hawks vs Boston Celtics. All orchestra students were given the opportunity to perform at this event, and about 35 signed up to play. One such, student Molly Johnson, 12, said, ” I enjoyed getting to play on the actual basketball court.” Another student that participated, Erik Kostan, 12, said, “I enjoyed getting to watch the game with my friend.”  While the Atlanta Hawks may not have won the game, students still got to participate in this unique experience.
