Every year, towards the end of the 2nd semester, there are passes available for seniors to purchase, as well as a lottery waitlist for juniors with their license. Before any student can purchase a pass, they must make sure they hold all necessary requirements, Monica Cook explained in the Mandatory Parking Video, “Parking is limited, and not given to all. You must be in good standing both academically and with your discipline.”

For rising seniors, you will want to go to MyPaymentsPlus and submit the payment for the pass as well as fill out the required information for the application. Seniors keep in mind, you have a week to get this information done and paid to ensure you receive a pass, after that week, applications will open for juniors, and a waitlist will be placed for those who apply late.

For rising juniors, a lottery for any spots left after the senior deadline will be held and the registration steps are the same. You will want to make sure that the payment and all information was securely submitted and turned in.

Once you have been accepted for a pass, you will want to notify and send Nicole Branch the information of your state issued drivers license, the make, model, color and plate number of the vehicle you will be driving, as well as the insurance policy number for the vehicle.

These passes have a specific lot you will need to park in which include, Navy Lot, located behind the Faculty parking, Gold Lot, located in the upper half of the stadium parking nearest to the school, Cardinal Lot, located below Gold Lot which is the lower half, Silver Lot, which used to be called Green Lot, located near the softball and baseball fields, and White Lot, located in the Osborne Parking Lot.

Throughout the year, you must maintain your grades and disciplinary in order to keep the pass till the end of may, Cook explained, “In order to keep and maintain your parking pass, you must have passed all your classes, including online/dual enrollment, to receive and keep your pass.”
