Boys and Girls Track team are commitments to training and aiming to be the fastest. During this grind, athletes make sure they keep their body in good shape and health. This means Track students have to keep note of what they eat and aim more towards fruit , veggies and protein.  Track practice starts at 2:30 and ending at 4:30; that’s two hours of hard work during the day. When running like athletes its important that they wear the proper clothing like flexible clothing. This is needed because it gives you the advantage to run faster and it deceases the potential risk of a track student getting injured. Track can be beneficial by helping burn body fat and speed up metabolism which helps athletes reach and maintain healthy a body weight. If any student wishes to join Track contact Coach Shelton (boys) or Coach Hodges (girls).
