Mill Creek Students’ Plans for Summer Poll

May 18, 2023

Data representing the five options of how students plan to spend the summer.

A sample survey of 25 Mill Creek students during sixth period lunch. The survey was on what the students planned to do over the summer break; the students were asked, “What activities do you have planned to do over the summer?”

The students were given five options and picked the answer that best applied to them; getting a summer job, spending time on vacation, staying home and relaxing, spending time with friends, or exercising consistently.

Out of the options available, the two options that were the most popular were getting a summer job with 32% of the votes and going on vacation taking 48% of the votes.

The other three options had less than 10% of the votes. Exercising and spending time with friends both got 8% of the votes and only 1% of the students voted for staying home and relaxing.
