The chorus went on a trip to Lawrenceville, Ga. for LGPE (Large Group Performance Evaluation) on March 3.

The Advanced Women’s Chorus scored high on their performances.

“We scored ones on all boxes for all three judges [and] for sight-reading as well. We got a perfect score,” Liz Amoroso, 10, a member of the Advanced Women’s Chorus, said.

Amoroso enjoyed the variety of performances that she experienced.

“My favorite part of LGPE is listening to all of the other choirs and having all of the other choirs listen to us,” Amoroso said.

Another member of the Advanced Women’s Chorus, Jenna Wallace, 10, also enjoyed listening to the other choirs that performed.

“My favorite part was probably getting to sing with all the girls and hearing all of the other songs that other choirs sang,” Wallace said.
