Williams giving a presentation for FBLA

Senior Kristen Williams has been involved in many school activities, such as photography and videography for the football team. She’s the president of the Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) and the Gwinnett County Law Explorers, and she participates in DECA and Robotics Club.
Williams was invited to go to Nationals with FBLA this past school year, where they present a report based on a project they completed before hand. Nationals opened up opportunities for her to go to major schools such as Clemson and the University of Mississippi when she graduates.
She was originally supposed to graduate in the class of 2021, but because of the fact that she took classes over summer break, she will be graduating ahead of schedule with the class of 2020.
“Another goal for me is I would like to make at least five (honor) cords. I am at four right now so I need to find a way to get one more,” Williams said, “Last year, I got the opportunity to do a big canned food drive, so this year I would like to do something bigger, something that would leave a positive mark on the community.”
