College Fair, FAFSA Help Night, and Information about Dual Enrollment

On Thursday, October 25, the counseling office is hosting a College Fair in the commons from 6:oo-8:00 p.m.

According to the “Take Flight” newsletter, around 50 colleges will be present, and students and their parents will be able to speak with admission representatives from the colleges.

At the same time as the College Fair, there will also be a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) Night for seniors and their families. There will be representatives from the Georgia Student Finance Commission in the media center to answer questions about filling out the FAFSA.

In the theater, there will be a meeting at 6:oo p.m., where information will be provided for students who want to Dual Enroll next year. According to the “Take Flight” newsletter, students who want to Dual Enroll next year will need to take either the SAT or ACT in order to meet both the Mill Creek deadlines and the college deadlines.
