Duluth announced that they are partnering with Uber in order to provide people with free car rides on Thursday evenings from September 20 to November 8.

The rides are free to and from downtown Duluth if they are valued at $25 or less.

According to the Gwinnett Daily Post, “Duluth has seen a tremendous amount of growth throughout the city in the last couple of years,” said William Corbin, the city’s Economic Development Specialist. “This promotion is the perfect opportunity for both newcomers and regulars to check out all of the exciting changes to our downtown district.”

In order to get the free ride, people will have to obtain the promotional code from Duluth’s Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram page. If they put the code in the Uber app, then their rides are covered.
